Sundried Tomato, Parmesan with Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A house favorite... smoky sundried tomato blends perfectly with the tangy Parmesan and garlic, of course, goes with everything. It's really delicious on roasted vegetables (try putting on spaghetti squash prior to roasting), directly tossed into pasta... even in rice or instead of Italian dressing. This extra virgin olive oil is also great drizzled on a baguette and grilled to make a tasty crostini.
